Mount Oxford is reached only via Mount Belford's ridge — there's no standalone route. The two peaks are connected by a class 2 traverse over 1.5 miles.
Standard Route
From the Belford summit, descend 600 feet east to the Belford-Oxford saddle, then climb 750 feet up Oxford's west ridge. Total trip including Belford: 11 miles round trip, 5,800 feet of cumulative gain.
What to Expect
Oxford is the bonus peak on a Belford day. The traverse is class 2 with good footing. Watch the weather — by the time you reach Oxford, you'll be 6+ hours into your day and far from the trailhead.
